House Rules
Security Cameras located at the front and back of the Home. No pets allowed. Check current fire restrictions at the Sarasota County website (scgov dot net) before lighting any outdoor fires in the fire pit. Or check with me and I will gladly let you know. Any fines as a result of not following the restrictions are the responsibility of the guest and repeated violations can result in cancellation of your stay without reimbursement. PLEASE NOTE: The [paddleboards/rowboat/bikes] shown in our photos are private owner property and are strictly NOT included in the rental due to insurance and liability regulations. Please see the 'Amenities' list for all included items. Please be advised that pets are not permitted on the premises. Guests found in violation of this policy risk immediate cancellation of their stay and will not be eligible for a refund.

You have private, full access to the entire home and the outdoor areas. The Garage & Beach Gear: While the garage is off-limits for vehicle parking and general storage, we have set up a dedicated guest area just inside for your use. Please feel free to use the beach umbrella, chairs, wheeled beach cart and cooler found there for your trips to the coast! The remainder of the garage and the locked owner’s closet are strictly off-limits. Parking: Please park your vehicles in the private driveway. There is ample space for two cars. Rest of Property: From the fully equipped kitchen to the private backyard, the rest of the property is yours to enjoy during your stay.
